Alyssa earned her 200 hour yoga certification at Onyx yoga studio (now Gopi Yoga Center) in Warren NJ and feels incredibly blessed to be able to teach yoga to others. She also holds a certification for prenatal yoga. Alyssa has been teaching yoga on and off for about 6 years in addition to her own regular yoga practices. She is forever gr

Alyssa earned her 200 hour yoga certification at Onyx yoga studio (now Gopi Yoga Center) in Warren NJ and feels incredibly blessed to be able to teach yoga to others. She also holds a certification for prenatal yoga. Alyssa has been teaching yoga on and off for about 6 years in addition to her own regular yoga practices. She is forever grateful for all of her past, present and future yoga teachers and the knowledge they have bestowed upon her. 


As a teacher, Alyssa creates and holds a safe space for her students to learn, practice and grow. She offers classes full of positive energy where students can turn inward and explore themselves on a deeper level through movement. She intuitively knows how to meet students where they are on the mat, guiding them to use their practice as a way to help them feel strong and empowered.

Hi I'm Jenn. I received my 200 hour yoga certification through Yoga Renew. I love to bring yoga to my community in an intentional and relaxing way. I love to teach slow flow classes. Everyone practices in their own way and each time we land on our mats our needs are different. I love to see what unfolds in class for each individual. Slow

Everyone practices in their own way and each time we land on our mats our needs are different. I love to see what unfolds in class for each individual. Slow flow is about the pause not necessarily the pose! Come melt the week away with me on the mat while we soak in the setting sun.

We'll move with breath, build core stability, and work on balance and control. The flow will be fluid and supportive. My goal is to help you feel strong, grounded, and connected to your body. I love creating classes where people can challenge themselves and still move in a way that feels good. I'm so happy to be practicing together on the farm!

 Kelsey Schobert is a NYC-based certified mat Pilates instructor specializing in classical Pilates. She emphasizes breath, control, and proper alignment to build a strong, connected foundation.

She received her certification through Perfect Posture Pilates. In addition to Pilates, Kelsey teaches kickboxing and holds a black belt in mixed m

She received her certification through Perfect Posture Pilates. In addition to Pilates, Kelsey teaches kickboxing and holds a black belt in mixed martial arts, adding a dynamic and empowering energy to her classes.

Through her diverse fitness background, she offers a well-rounded and mindful approach to movement, helping clients build strength, move with confidence, and reach their full potential.

Raf - Guest Trainer

 Fitness has always been a major part of Raf’s life. His journey began with sports when he was young, but it truly took shape after joining the United States Marine Corps in 2000, where he developed a passion for pushing both his physical and mental limits. During his service, he completed two Marine Corps Marathon races and discovered a 

 Fitness has always been a major part of Raf’s life. His journey began with sports when he was young, but it truly took shape after joining the United States Marine Corps in 2000, where he developed a passion for pushing both his physical and mental limits. During his service, he completed two Marine Corps Marathon races and discovered a love for endurance and obstacle-based training.

After leaving the Marines, Raf continued challenging himself through CrossFit, powerlifting, bodybuilding, and obstacle course racing. In 2015, he competed in two WPA competitions and earned New Jersey state deadlift records in his age group. He later stepped on stage at INBF Naturalmania and WNBF Pro Universe competitions, steadily improving each year.

In 2017, Raf earned his NETA Personal Trainer Certification through a veterans-sponsored opportunity provided by Performix. Today, he continues to seek new challenges, including completing multiple Spartan Race trifectas and DEKA FIT events, while using his experience to motivate and support others on their own fitness journeys.
